Mommy's Little Helpers

The boys and I have two play dates planned for this week, so we made homemade ice cream sandwiches today to snack on with our friends. We have this nifty little tool that we use to make them. We choose to make our cookies too, but I'm sure you could use store-bought cookies to make them easier. But, what kind of SAHM would I be if I didn't make my cookies from scratch? Well, I'd probably be like any other non-blogging mommy out there, but the for the sake of blogging I'd rather have cute pictures of my boys making cookies than a picture of me opening a bag of Chips Ahoy.

Don't worry, Cindy and Melissa. I promise those weren't the pieces we used to mix the cookie dough. :)

We're very excited to see Cindy and Logan on Wednesday. The boys haven't played together since before we went to North Carolina. Then on Thursday we're going swimming with Melissa and her boys, Austin and Carson. I'm hoping that Austin's awesome new swimming skills will rub off on CJ a little. I know I'm being ridiculous, but a Mom can dream can't she?!
